The origin of AAMA

AAMA (Asia America Multi Technology Association) established in Silicon Valley in 1979.  The main purpose is to strengthen the connection of corporations, boosting the business of Asia Pacific.The members’area includes Internet, wireless tech, telecom, computer, semiconductor, software and hardware, biotechnology and so on.

Between 2004 to 2012, the Beijing, Shanghai, PRD Branch were found, and have promoted Cradle Plan for the progress of young entrepreneurs.

About AAMA Taipei Cradle Plan

In 2012, with the support of Business Next Corporation and Vincera Capital, AAMA Taipei was established, with the main mission to carry the Cradle Plan, boosting the business environment and ecouraging more growing stage corporations in Taiwan. Since then, many entrepreneurs from different fields have come to participate.
 
Every year, AAMA Taipei Cradle Plan invite 12 successful founders and managers as mentors, and recruit 20 entrepreneurs from fields including cultural creativity, Internet technology, social enterprise and etc., to form 1 on 1 mentoring system. In 2-year Crandle Plan, there are more chances to facilitate learning and interaction between mentors and mentees, and also it creates the business cooperation and homelike link between entrepreneurs in long term.
 
In 2014, AAMA Taipei Cradle  Plan has reached the 3rd period. 55 mentors and 62 entrepreneurs in total have joined this family, which commit to be the strong support of entrepreneurs.

• Program Content

Every year, AAMA Taipei Cradle Plan invite 12 successful founders and managers as 2-year mentors. Every year, recruit 20 entrepreneurs from fields including cultural creativity, Internet technology, social enterprise, and service. Age 25-45, CEO/Founder, having passion, potential, and leadership. The company must have clear business model and unique competitive advantage.

• Methods

Every Mentor and student (entrepreneur) form 1 on 1 relation for 2 years.
Every month hold activities for all members for learning or interaction
The first year of each season hold entrepreneur camp
Every year, connect with entrepreneurs from China and Silicon Valley.

Cultivate potential talented entrepreneurs
Provide a learning platform entrepreneurs of expansion stage
Bridging Silicon Valley, China, Taiwan, to expand the interaction and horizon.
